1. What the bags we are selling?

Our products are not manufactured from Louis Vuitton. Our products are from our own factory. This factory is also the sole-manufacture for Louis Vuitton products that are found in boutiques and retail outlets. The products we sell are manufactured at 1: 1 scale according to the designs Louis Vuitton provides.

2. The difference between our products and others.
We use the same materials and designs to manufacture products that are totally identical to the products Louis Vuitton have. Our products have proven to be identical and as original to the ones Louis Vuitton carries. This is proven by well known branded outlets in USA and Canada.

3. The accessory we provide

Our products come with original Hong Kong original Louis Vuitton receipt and original Louis Vuitton protective cover for its products.

4. How to purchase?
If you are interested I any of our products, please inform our sales person with the product code, photo, size and color then we let you know the price including shipping fees. We provide samples to show the quality and the product stitches. Customers may check and decide before agreeing to purchase our products. If the customer finds that our products are different from the samples provided, they can refund their products or ask for a 1 to 1 exchange.

Once the customer has placed their order, the factory would send the order on the next day to quality check department. The quality check takes 3 working days. The delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks by EMS (Express Mail Service). If the customer wants their goods urgently, they can opt for immediate delivery buy have to pay additional charges (we will inform you the price)

Once the order has been made, the customer has to pay a deposit of $50. if our products fulfills the requirements (quality, color, size, design) provided by the customer, we will not provide any refund or exchange for our products.

If the customer decides to cancel their order, they would therefore lose their $50 deposit (check with us)

1：我们卖的什么包？
我们不能说我们卖的是专柜正品，我们是LV等代工厂按照LV等委托商所给图纸1：1制作的包包。

2.我们和市面上的包有什么不同？
所有的包包全部按照1比1比例制作，样式材质完全一样，美国加拿大专柜验货为正品。厂家为原品牌的代工工厂，质量信誉保证。

3.我们的包有什么配件？
出售所有的包都具有巴黎及香港的发票，防尘袋等等。

4.如何购买？
我们所有的包如果您看好了，把牌子及编号告诉客服人员，我们会给您包括运费的报价，如果您能接受，我们就下单运到新加坡，由专门的人员负责送货。

我们有样品供顾客参观。顾客可检查我们货物的质量后再决定是否购买。如果顾客所购买的货物质量与样品有一点点不同。我们提供无条件退还。货物在确定下单后第2天将由厂家直接送往有关部门进行质量检查（3个工作日）并等待统一发货（由EMS运送）。所以从下单那天算起，顾客需要等待2至3个星期才能拿到货。如果顾客急需货物可选择单件快递，不过顾客需要付运输费用，我们会通知单件运输费用。

在确定订单后我们需要顾客先付$50我们才会下单给厂家。如果我们所给的货的型号，质量，尺寸，颜色都符合当初顾客所提供的话，其他无理理由我们将不接受退货。若下单后顾客取消订单我们将没收$50定金，因为我们的货是自己先向厂家购买再销售给客人，厂家出货后我们无法跟厂家退货。希望大家能够理解。
